How does it work?
goARTful is simple.   

1-Subscribe and read about our artists and their stories  
2-Choose art that fits your space or mood.   
3-Sit back, relax, and wait for your art to be delivered to your door.   
4-Display and bask in the creative vibes of your new art.  
5-Exchange for another piece or pay a little extra per month to purchase and build your collection  

When should I expect my piece? 
You're helping to break new ground and change the way people access art and artists can market and sell their work. At the moment, as we grow, goARTful has Sunday deliveries. When you order a piece our team will email to confirm a date. Alternative arrangements are possible if needed. We're here to bring art to you. 

Do I have to order prints? 
You can order original pieces of 2D wall art or prints of digital art. goARTful will deliver to you a high quality print of the piece for your enjoyment. Please note there are a limited number of prints available for digital pieces. This market is determined by goARTful in cooperation with our Artist partners.   

Do I have to frame pieces? 
Pieces will come with frames. When you make your order a member of the goARTful team will be in touch to learn your preference. 

How long can I keep pieces?
With an goARTful subscription, pieces you order are yours to keep for as long as you like. Out of respect for the livelihood of the artists, Artists retain the rights to sell all pieces at full price. If an artist is able to sell a piece you will receive a notification and an invitation to select a new piece. An goARTful rep will bring you your new piece in exchange for whatever work you're currently holding. You can also elect to buy pieces however! And as an goARTful member you can add a bit to your subscription to pay off the full price of pieces over time.  

What does my subscription fee pay for?
 
goARTful is a social enterprise dedicated to expanding access to art.

33% of subscription revenue goes to the artist whose piece is being rented. If you decide to purchase, 85% of the purchase price goes to the artists (noting galleries typically take as much as 50%!).  

goARTful is committed to developing our community of artists and members with artist meetups, platform improvements, and educational opportunities, with 32% of subscription revenue goes to these costs.

32% goes to taking care of our team and their families to ensure goARTful is powered by passionate, thriving employees.

3% of all subscription revenue, along with additional funds, will go to support the goARTful Fund. The goARTful Fund will work to support arts, artists, arts nonprofits, and artistic movements in the US and around the world.   
FOR ARTISTS 

Do submissions accepted to goARTful have to be for sale? 
Yes. All pieces submitted to goARTful must be available for sale to members.  

What is the commission for sale of pieces through the goARTful platform? 
goARTful will take 15% of the final sale price of any pieces sold on the platform.  

How will my piece be protected and insured? 
goARTful insures all pieces. goARTful will reimburse the full cost of any damaged, lost, or stolen pieces. This is part of our Terms of Service.  

How do I price my pieces? 
How you price your pieces is at your discretion. You may want to consider that goARTful has significantly smaller commissions than a typical gallery in pricing your piece.  

Can I still sell pieces currently in the hands of members? 
Yes. If you sell a piece at full price notify the goARTful team. That member will be invited to select a new piece with a 2 week window. The goARTful team will pick up your piece and replace the piece the member has with their new selection. If you would like to build a relationship with members already familiar with your work you can also offer the member the option of counter-offering for pieces at full price.  How many prints can be made available? You can determine the number of prints to be made available for your digital pieces.  

What if I'm not sure how to price my work? 
No problem! We'll invite users to contact you for purchase price so that you can engage with them directly. Our team is also happy to provide resources and support for you in this area.  

Can I contact members who hold my pieces and build my brand through them? 
Yes. Part of our mission is to be a marketing and sales platform for you and to enable you to access potential buyers who have experienced your work in their homes. The goARTful model can allow you to access new markets, including individuals who may not be able to invest in quality art, due to budget, time, or space constraints. goARTful will showcase your story and that of your piece to any member who selects it. goARTful will also communicate new pieces you've showcased, or events you'll be hosting to members in the goARTful community . The possibilities are endless and goARTful is your partner in expanding your brand, artwork, and business.
